Concept
Our Motor Control Center series of enclosures have been developed over 20 years into a modular and versatile panel. They are suitable for industrial and commercial applications, low and medium voltage motors, variable frequency drives, controllers and for metering.
Construction
The panels are available in front and rear access as well as front access only. All parts are manufactured in 2mm mild steel.
Sizes
The MCC consists of vertical panels of 600 and 800mm wide, with depths of 600 and 800mm. The control section is 1980mm high with separate compartment configurations of 330, 660, 990, 1320 and 1650mm high. The plinth height is 100mm. The busbar section is 220mm high and the cable panel 400mm wide.
Finish
The standard units are powder coated in B26 Orange textured finish. All internal parts, chassis plates, division plates and brackets are powder coated in white.
Modifications
Cutouts, louvres and knockouts can easily be added. 3cr12, 304 and 316 stainless steel options are available and our panels can be configured to customer specifications on request.
Protection
The panel conforms to IP52 Ingress Protection for indoor use and can conform to IP65 to customer specifications for outdoor applications.
