- P We have a very large range of round, square, rectangle and oblong punches
- P The hole patterns are usually staggered or linear, but custom designs are possible
- P The largest sheet size our machines can manage is 3000 x 1500mm
- P Common materials are: Mild Steel, Aluminium, 3CR12, SS304 and SS316
- P Maximum Material thickness for Mild Steel and Aluminium is 6mm
- P Maximum Material thickness of 3CR12, SS304 and SS316 is 4.5mm
- P The hole Ø diameter must be 1mm bigger than the sheet thickness to prevent our punches from breaking
- P We can also offer to bend, roll, weld, plate or powder coat the perforated sheet
