Powder Coating

All products that require powder coating need to be pre-treated in our seven-stage iron phosphating tanks to de-grease, clean and prepare the products. Thereafter the powder is electrostatically charged and applied to the product, after which it is baked on at 200° for 30 minutes in our ovens.

We carry over 150 powder types, that all differ in colours, texture and UV stability.
